Evaluating a Health Rehabilitation Program
It is very essential to evaluate a rehabilitation program and understand how the program will meet the needs of the patients, and how it will provide benefits to the patients. Therefore, before commencing the program delivery, the Allied Health Assistant and Allied Health Professional together should determine how to evaluate the activities and method of delivering the therapy. This evaluation should focus on the goals of therapy and other factors, such as:
- Client’s response to therapy.
- Amount of time taken to achieve progress.
- How the program fits with the client’s changing prognosis condition as time goes on.
After evaluating the program, they can appropriately run and monitor the program as it progresses and provides relevant and valuable feedback.
